How do I book a session?

Gaia Massage uses Vagaro software for scheduling appointments. If you are a returning client, you will be able to rebook using the online booking option. If you are a new client, or are looking to book an in home session, you will need to use the booking request option. This way, we will have a chance to get acquainted during a brief phone chat before your session. These requests are answered within 1 business day.

Does Gaia Massage book massages for minors?

Yes. You will need to book the session using the request appointment option, as these appointments can not be scheduled online. A parent/guardian must be present during the entire duration of the massage appointment for anyone under the age of 18.

Is Gaia Massage, LLC exclusively for women?

Gaia Massage centers womens' health in our practice. This means we center chronic pain solutions, prenatal, and postpartum care. Gaia Massage, LLC is a safe space that recognizes and respects the diversity of individuals and families. We are proud to provide therapeutic massage to all women and pregnant people.

I've never gotten a massage before. How do I know if it is right for me?

Can I book an in-home session?

At this time, this service is only available to new parents and pregnant clients on bed rest.

Is massage therapy safe during pregnancy?

Yes, massage therapy is safe during pregnancy. The techniques I used specific to pregnancy are scientifically proven, safe, and effective. Massage therapy is one of the most widely accepted forms of pain relief during pregnancy. When you schedule your appointment, I will contact you to introduce myself, during this conversation you will be able to ask any questions you may have. In some cases, such as certain high risk factors, I may need a release form from your midwife or doctor stating their approval for massage therapy.
